【Wholesale-Delivery After-Sales Rules】:
1. If the product has quality issues, please contact customer service for resolution within 7 days of order receipt (30 days for wholesale customers) (take photos or videos of the product and inform customer service). After verification and confirmation, we will cover the shipping costs.If the returned item is found to have no quality issues upon inspection by us, you will need to bear the return shipping cost yourself.Ensure the packaging is intact; items that have been used will not be accepted
2. For non-quality issues or returns without reason, please contact customer service within 7 days of order receipt (30 days for wholesale customers) for processing. Shipping costs are at your own expense. The product must not be opened, unused, and in intact packaging, and must not affect secondary sales.
3. If you find any items missing or under-delivered after signing for the package, please contact us within 7 days for resolution. Take photos of all products and the shipping list and inform customer service. We will verify with the warehouse and review the shipping video. If it is confirmed that items are missing or under-delivered, we will provide you with a satisfactory solution. If you contact us after this period, we will not be able to process the issue!
Note: If you find the outer packaging box of the parcel damaged or crushed upon receipt, please take a photo and refuse to accept it. Contact us and we will arrange for a replacement shipment. Otherwise, any shortage of goods, lack of items, or damage to the appearance that affects sales discovered after acceptance will be your responsibility.
